One of the keyways to ensure that you never get bored with your exercise routine is to keep it fresh and dynamic, which is why The J offers over 150 weekly group fitness classes in Johnson County. By building each other up, we’re able to rise to greater challenges. However, getting fit and healthy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, which is why we offer a variety of group fitness classes that appeal to a broad audience.

Group fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated and inspired while working towards a common goal. The J is proud to offer classes that promote togetherness and team spirit while delivering a solid, challenging workout conducted by our resident group fitness instructors.
Our group fitness classes will immerse you in a fun and upbeat community setting that is designed so you can thrive, no matter your current ability level. Need a little help getting the movements down? Our experienced instructors will help guide you through them while delivering all the encouragement you need.
We offer Cycling classes, Yoga classes, Hot Yoga classes, Aerobics classes, Strength training classes, High-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, Les Mills Programming, Boxing classes, Aqua fitness, and Senior fitness classes.

These programs are often limited-run classes with a unique element that’s not typically provided in our core set of group fitness classes. Some are just for members, while others are open to all. Bollywood Dance
Sundays at 11 a.m.
Bollywood Dance is a fun, energetic way to work out. Our class incorporates various dance forms and is a fusion of styles, including classical Indian dance, Indian folk dance, and bhangra, as well as western styles such as jazz, hip hop, Latin dance, and contemporary dance.

FIT Camp
May 4-June 2
FIT Camp (Functional, Integrated Training) is our small-group strength training program created by your coach, for you. Our comprehensive approach integrates strength exercises focused on functional movements for real-life activities. Multiple classes available to fit your schedule.
