Bio:

I have loved being a participant of Les Mills classes for a while and started teaching BodyCombat the summer of 2023. I love the music and the energy of the class! My “real” job is teaching high school math at Blue Valley High School. I have been teaching for many years and it has been fun to use my teaching skills at The J. My goal is to get other Les Mills certifications. 

I have three boys so when I am not working out, I am being an Uber for them or attending their different activities and sporting events.
