Bio:

My name is Laura and I am a Kansas City Native. I have grown up at this JCC and plan to be here for the foreseeable future. While I have been taking classes here for as long as I can remember, I just started teaching a class in January 2024. I fell in love with POUND and decided to become an instructor so that others could participate in this awesome class year around. Outside of teaching POUND I work full time for Black & Veatch across the street doing project planning. In my spare time I love to read. I am part of two book clubs and still manage to get a third book of my choosing in most months. I am a self proclaimed tea snob and love dogs.
