Bio:

I'm a passionate lifelong believer in movement. Balance and strength are the foundation for living life fully at every age.  I aim to teach clearly, program thoughtfully, and connect meaningfully with all my clients. I focus on helping people grow stronger safely and effectively. Outside of teaching, you will find me on the tennis and pickleball court, golfing, or hiking in nature with my two rescue dogs. I am also a firm believer in my vegan lifestyle and love to share recipes along with my homemade baked goodies.
