Bio:

My yoga class blends alignment principles with Vinyasa flow, building strength as well as a sense of well-being and inner stillness. This practice is joyful and therapeutic, and you will learn to flow from one pose to another with breath-linking movement. I draw inspiration from the foundational philosophy of yoga – the eight limbs. These principles guide my practice and teaching, and I aspire to offer a mindful, balanced, and enjoyable experience.  When I am not teaching or practicing yoga, you might find me at Athleta at Town Center Plaza, where I have worked since the store opened in 2015.
