Need to keep your workouts as low impact as possible? The J can help you preserve your knees and other joints with our cycling classes, or by taking water aerobics in one of our swimming pools. Or, if you prefer to workout in solitude, feel free to pop on those soundproof headphones and explore the many options in our fitness center at your own pace. The J has a fitness floor with more than 100 pieces of equipment.
