I started teaching group fitness in April of 2023! I got my first certification in SoulFusion shortly followed by my BodyPump certification. At The J, I teach BodyPump. When not teaching or taking a group fitness class, I work at my "real" job as an environmental engineer in the water industry. In my free time, you can find me hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
