Zumba has been my workout routine for the last 10 years. I love the fact that it helps you reach your fitness goal in a more fun, exciting, and supportive environment. I try to provide an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their dance level, is welcome and encouraged to have fun and stay fit. I incorporate a variety of Latin beats and international rhythms such as K-Pop to get you moving!
