Bio:
I transitioned to aerobics, walking, and working out. Living an active lifestyle is part of who I am, and I am passionate about helping others lead a healthy lifestyle as well. Currently, I am the Group Fitness Supervisor at The J. You will often see me teaching at the pool, coaching Rock Steady Boxing, and subbing for a variety of classes. I love teaching group fitness because of the community and support that develops over time. My goal is for the participants to see the results of exercising in their daily lives. When I am not at The J, I may be outside on my bike, or spending time with my four grown kids and husband.
