Heritage Travels to various places both in the greater Kansas City area and the outskirts of both Missouri and Kansas. Join us for a fun-filled educational day with a stop for lunch at various restaurants, and sometimes we even stop for ice cream!

Oct 28: Wed, 9:00am-4:00pm (Kansas State Penitentiary)
Step inside an important chapter of Kansas History during a walking tour led by retired correctional officers and local historians. Explore original prison spaces, hear firsthand stories, and discover what daily life was like for those who lived and worked there. Enjoy lunch at The Mill following the tour. This experience involves significant walking and standing.
