Preschool Level 2 builds on the foundational skills learned in Preschool Level 1 and begins to develop independent aquatic movement. Participants will practice moving through the water with limited assistance, such as one-hand support from an instructor or the use of appropriate flotation/material aids. Swimmers will begin coordinating alternating arm and leg movements on both the front and back while developing greater confidence, control, and comfort in the water.
