The J partners with Tiger - Rock Martial Arts of KC to offer Tae Kwon Do classes. These 30 minute classes will allow participants to learn self-control along with developing self-confidence and discipline in a non-aggressive manner. Classes take place in The J's Group Exercise Room. Children in CDC are picked up and then returned to CDC after the class.

30 minute classes take place between 1:00pm and 3:30pm. Time slots will be assigned after registration is complete.
