Summer Shape-Up
This summer we are bringing together ALL NEW Les Mills Strength Development workouts with our Coach's Choice workouts to create our Summer Shape-Up! This is a 12-week program utilizing the Strength Development program on Day 1(Mondays and Tuesdays), and your Coach's Choice workout on Day 2(Wednesdays and Thursdays).
We have 4 class options to choose from:
Mon/Wed 4:15-5:15pm, Coach LisaTue/Thu 6:00-7:00am, Coach DeniseTue/Thu 12:00-1:00pm, Coach AliTue/Thu 6:30-7:30pm, Coach Elizabeth and Coach Chelsey
