Our Membership & Program Enrollment System

To use our Membership & Program Enrollment System, all users will be required to update login credentials to access reservations and enrollment. Please update your login by following the instructions below.

How-To Guides

Login In Or Create An Account

  1. Click the “Account Login” link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. If you already have an account, go to the account log in section. Enter your personal email address and your password and click the green log in button.
  3. If you don't already have a login, click the “Create an Account” button on the right side of the screen and follow the prompts to create your own account on The J’s website.

Change Your Password

  1. Click the “Account login” link in the upper right section of the website. 
  2. On the Account Login page, enter your personal email address and your password.
  3. Click the log in button.
  4. In the My Account area, scroll down the page a bit and under the “My Account” section find the changed password link.
  5. Click that link and you'll be taken to the change password page.
  6. From here you can enter your old password and you can enter a new password.
  7. Re-enter your new password.
  8. Click the save button.
  9. Now when you login, you can use your new password.

Forgot Your Password

  1. On thejkc.org homepage, click in “Account Login” link in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.
  2. On the “My Account” Account Login page, enter your email address.
  3. Put a check in the box next to the forgot my password text.
  4. Select the “log in” link.
  5. The system will send you an email with instructions on how to reset the password.

Register for a Program

  1. Register for programs by selecting a program category right from the homepage.
  2. On our website’s homepage, thejkc.org, scroll down until you find our programs section.
  3. Select the program category.
  4. Once on the program category, you can filter by a season by an age range, or by a day of the week.
  5. Choose the program you're interested in right from the list.
  6. Choose the dates that you're interested in.
  7. Add them to your cart.
  8. Checkout to register for that program.

Make a Reservation

  1. From the homepage, scroll down until you find our “Make a reservation” section.
  2. Find the reservation type you're interested in and click the icon for that item.
  3. Select “Courts.”
  4. On the next page, select “Indoor Pickleball.”
  5. You'll need to be a member to log in to make a reservation.
  6. Once you've logged in, select the date of your reservation.
  7. Select the duration of the reservation.
  8. Choose from the available time slots.
  9. Choose a pickleball court.
  10. Click the submit reservation button
  11. Scroll up and see my reservation confirmation. You'll also receive an email from the website verifying your reservation.
