Youth Strength Builders

Location: Group Fitness - 2

Give your child the tools to build strength, confidence, and coordination in a safe, fun, and high-energy environment! Our Youth Strength Builders class introduces kids ages 6-12, appropriate strength training through bodyweight exercises, light equipment, and movement games. Each session focuses on proper form, balance, agility, and teamwork — all while keeping it fun and engaging.

Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or just loves to move, this class helps them develop healthy habits, confidence, and body awareness that will last a lifetime. Equipment: light resistance bands, medicine balls, agility tools
