Kansas City was a favorite spot of the “old timers.” The Gangster Tour puts you hot on the trail of this city’s most notorious Goodfellas. Don’t make us twist your arm. Grab your chopper, hop on the bus and you’ll be immersed in a melodramatic look at mob homes and hangouts, turf wars and infamous crimes. The tour departs from Union Station at exactly 10:00. Typically lasts about 90 minutes. Following the tour, we will take the streetcar down to North Market for lunch (paid for on your own).

Join us as we celebrate the Lunar New Year Festival at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.  This annual event marks the start of the lunar calendar year.  Enjoy live performances, cultural demonstrations led by local artists, traditional cuisine and educational experiences throughout the museum's Asian art galleries.  We will meet by the Museum Store, on the Lobby Level at 11 am.

We'll volunteer at Heart to Heart International assembling hygiene kits. Their mission is to provide health resources and distribute medicines and supplies to under-resourced health partners worldwide. Most jobs require standing for 90 minutes.  A few sitting jobs are available with prior notification to Heritage staff.
