CrossFit Kids
Focused on FUNdamentals, our program teaches children proper exercise mechanics they can apply throughout life. This class will help kids with coordination, awareness for sports, playing outside, and simply being a kid. Suitable for kids ages 7-14.

Our CrossFit kids class teaches kids how to move correctly, lift safely, and push their limits. Our program centers on the "Big Three" lifts—Deadlift, Front Squat, and Press—to build a foundation of functional strength. We wrap up every session with a high intensity "Workout of the Day" (WOD) that combines gymnastics, plyometrics and putting their new skills to practice.
