Camp Details
Triathlon Camp will include:
- Daily running, morning swimming workout, and afternoon free swim.
- Daily endurance training.
- Bike safety and conditioning. Each Camper must bring their own bike, helmet and safety gear on the second day of Camp. Bikes and helmets will be stored inside the building each night through the end of Tri Camp.
- Campers will participate in a field trip each week that will help them with their conditioning.
- Campers will go on a 13-mile bike ride; roughly 6.5 miles out, a rest, and then 6.5 miles back.
- J Camp Mini-Triathlon: Thursday, June 11, 9:30-11:00 a.m. Parents are encouraged to attend.

- Ride and steer a two-wheeled bicycle
- Know how to swim and able to swim the length of the pool

- Campers under the age of 10 will run 1 mile, swim 100 meters, and bike 1.75 miles.
- Campers aged 10 and over will run 2 miles, swim 200 meters, and bike 2.25 miles.
The J will not be hosting the J Youth Tri this summer due to us hosting the Maccabi Games.
