Start slowly with 15-20 minute sessions. If you're a regular infrared sauna user, you can stay inside for up to 45-50 minutes for maximum benefits.
Sauna & Steam Room
The J has an infrared sauna located in each of the men's and women's locker rooms. Our saunas near you use infrared heat to heat the body directly instead of using hot rocks or steam to heat the air.
If you've never used an infrared sauna before, we recommend starting slow and only doing a 10-15-minute session every other day. Gradually increase toward 40 minutes a day to optimize your experience. You may not sweat the first few sessions. Consult your doctor before use.
You must be a member to use our saunas. For members 18 and older.
