About Rock Steady Boxing

The J is excited to offer Rock Steady Boxing as one of our core group fitness classes. It is the first and only boxing program of its kind in the country. This no-contact, boxing-based curriculum gives people with Parkinson’s Disease hope and confidence by improving their quality of life. It can also reverse, reduce, and even delay the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.

Nearly everyone with Parkinson’s Disease can participate and experience the benefits of Rock Steady Boxing. Some participants will require a cornerman (caretaker) to assist in each session, which will be determined during an assessment appointment.
