Kids who learn the value of health and fitness early are more likely to maintain those habits as adults, which is why The J is committed to offering a diverse array of youth fitness programs. We provide a wide range of training options designed to suit ages 6-15, recognizing that young adults have different preferences when it comes to fitness. From intense programs like Meshugge CrossFit and speed and agility training to lower-impact options such as our youth yoga classes, The J offers something for every young athlete.
Youth Orientations
The J provides kids ages 12–16 with expert guidance from experienced instructors in a supportive environment, helping them build strength, flexibility, and agility while learning the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle. Through programs like the Youth Fitness Floor Orientation, they also gain safe, hands-on experience with cardio and weight machines, reducing their risk of future health issues and fostering a lasting passion for fitness.
