BOOM! Summer Day Camp
Bigger, Older. Our Machane (Camp): BOOM!
BOOM! has activities designed for older Campers and includes a variety of Camp activities – games, crafts, swimming, archery, science, theme projects, and special events. Each week will include a field trip. Parts of the week will relate to the theme of the week.

Full Time (FT): Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Part-Time (PT): Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Early Care: 7-9 a.m. | Late Care: 4-6 p.m. Limited Enrollment
Weekly Fees
- Full-Time: M-F: $525/$349
- PT-MWF: $385/$255
Early Care/Late Care:
- Early Care/Late Care: Full-Time: M-F: $160/$80 each
- PT-MWF: $96/$48 each
- Campers entering grades 1-5. Limited Enrollment.
BOOM! Theme Weeks
Each week will include a field trip! Several of the Camp activities will relate to the theme of the week.
Week 1: June 1-5
Bringing the BOOM!
Ignite your summer with a blast of excitement as we “Bring the BOOM!” This week we will work together in teams to play lots of games, and have fun with crafts, sports and other special BOOM! activities. We will also go on a fun field trip!
Week 2: June 8-12
BOOM! Voyage!
Your expedition awaits! Get ready to embark on a journey around the globe! Join our adventure as we travel to far-off places and explore, create, and experience new cultures through hands-on activities. We will also go on a fun field trip.
Week 3: June 15-19
Back to the BOOM!
Grab your gadgets and set your coordinates, because this week we are warping through time exploring different eras. Each day is filled with challenges, creative projects and themed activities as we blast to the past and project into the future! We will also go on a fun field trip! And we will end the week participating in our Annual J Camp Color Games!
Week 4: June 22-26
BOOM–Box
Get ready for a week-long musical extravaganza! We will celebrate sound, rhythm and talent! And we will spend the week connecting with music through games, crafts and creative activities including a lip-sync battle, dance-off and our own BOOM! Talent Show! We will also go on a fun field trip!
Week 5: June 29-July 3
No BOOM! Camp this week
Enroll in July Jamboree! Fun activities and field trips. Also, J Sports & Rec Option: 1/2 Day Basketball, Soccer or Volleyball Camp & ½ Day July Jamboree.
Week 6: July 6-10
Ka-BOOM-ic Con
Get ready for the ultimate celebration of all things comics, superheroes, and pop culture! This week, we will create our very own Ka-BOOM-ic Con! A festival of imagination, creativity, and awesomeness! This is your chance to team up with your friends and showcase your creative superpowers! We will also go on a fun field trip!
Week 7: July 13-17
BOOM-lympics!
Get ready to go for the gold! Show off your skills in a week of sports, creativity, and pure fun at the BOOM-lympics! There is a place for you to shine in our unique and hilarious events – including Water Balloon Shot Put, Noodle Javelin, Flag Design, National Goofy Anthem Creation, and more! We will also go on a fun field trip and end our week with our Annual J Camp Water Games!
Week 8: July 20-24
Aqua-BOOM! Adventure!
Prepare for a week of water-filled excitement that combines classic water games, goofy relays, and creative splash-tastic construction projects! Lots of water fun! Grab your swimsuit and your sense of adventure for a splash-filled aquatic adventure! We will also go on a fun field trip.
Week 9: July 27-31
BOOM! Shaka-Laka!
Get ready for one last BOOM! of summer! We're ending the season with a week dedicated to J Camp pride, team spirit, and unforgettable fun! We'll face off in a variety of goofy, challenging, and creative team activities, build our J Camp spirit, and create lasting memories. We will also be going on a field trip and participating in the end of the summer J Camp Carnival.
