FIT Camp

FIT Camp (Functional, Integrated Training) is our small-group strength training program created by your coach—just for you, the participants. Our comprehensive approach integrates strength exercises that focus on functional movements designed to mimic real-life activities.  For example, step-ups and split squats build unilateral (single-leg) strength, which is exactly what you need when ascending stairs.  Also, for those high shelves in your kitchen - combined thoracic mobility and shoulder strengthening exercises improve overhead reaching capacity while reducing risk of impingement.  By incorporating exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, we help improve your overall strength, mobility, and stability.

Let’s keep getting stronger! We may incorporate Les Mills Strength Development, Les Mills Shapes, or HIIT training, along with a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, TRX, stability balls, BOSUs, bands, and sliders. You never know what’s coming—join us to find out!
