The Clendening Library & Museum is part of the Department of History and Philosophy of Medicine located on the KUMC campus. We will have a guided tour where we will learn about the history of medicine and specifically the history of anesthesia in Kansas City. Following the tour, we will make a stop at Panaderia de las Americas, where you can purchase Latin American bread, cakes, pastries, and more. Dessert before dinner, anyone? We will then have lunch at Tarahumaras Mexican Restaurant, an authentic Mexican restaurant in the heart of Kansas City, KS.
