In this presentation, participants will learn practical ways to support brain health through nutrition, sleep, movement and mental stimulation. We’ll discuss how everyday habits can boost memory, focus and mood while reducing the risk of cognitive decline. Discover simple, evidence-based strategies to keep your mind sharp and resilient at any age. This information will be presented by Dr. Venugopal Reddiar.
