Celebrate Purim this year!
Follow the yellow brick road to the Kansas City Jewish Community Purim Carnival! It will be Popular for the kids and kids at heart in your family. Defy Gravity on inflatable slides, enjoy cotton candy with the Lollipop Guild, and enjoy a silent disco Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
So, ease on down the road to The J. And never forget, There’s No Place Like Home!
- $18 for families before Friday, March 7
- $5 for Individuals (age 3+)

Below are a few details before you make your way to our event.
Costumes are encouraged!
PARKING & ENTRANCE:
- Parking will be available anywhere on the Jewish Community Campus grounds.
- You will only be able to enter Purim 2025, through the main entrance into the Jewish Community Campus or through The White Theatre entrance. There will be two lines for attendees, one for those who pre-registered and paid online, and a second line for walk-ins.
- Entrance through the Fitness | Sports | Aquatics will not be permitted, and you will be redirected to The White Theatre entrance.
ACTIVITIES: Enjoy inflatables, face painting, balloon artists, carnival games, a DJ, and more! We'll also have a sensory friends zone to help those who may experience sensory overwhelm, brought to you by Sasone.
SNACKS & DRINKS (Vaad supervised): Popcorn, cotton candy, bagged snacks, water, and juice boxes are included with your registration!
We're excited for a wonderful event and ask your patience as we navigate the crowds and work to ensure this is a safe and fun event for our entire community.
On Purim, it is a tradition to give (matanot l’evyonim) gifts to those in need. We encourage you to bring an item from the Jewish Family Services Food Pantry. For ideas on what you can give, please visit the JFS KC website.
Volunteer at Purim 2025 - All Roads Lead to Shushan!
Volunteers get free entry and we can accommodate those in need of community service hours (as young as 8th grade).
