Ed Kanter
PawPaw's Workshop is designed for a child with an adult to learn about tools and how to use them together by completing a project to take home. PawPaw's Workshop is a class to honor the memory of Ed Kanter who loved working with his hands and sharing that adventure with his children and grandchildren. The class hopes to introduce you to the world of building and allows your creative self to be challenged.
PawPaw's Workshop is in partnership with Jewish Family Services (JFS) and ties into Help at Home, a service organized through JFS, in which JFS staff handy-people take care of common household tasks, chores, and technology assistance. The sliding-scale subscription buys a piece of mind that individuals are cared for, protected, and can thrive independently in their own homes. For more information on the Help at Home program, visit www.jfskc.org/help-at-home.
