About the Summer Melee

Launched in 2013, the Meshugge CrossFit Summer Melee is a 2-day functional fitness competition for teams of 4 (2 males & 2 females). Our outdoor competition features events with rig, turf, grass, and 50m Olympic size pool, and odd objects. We will have multiple divisions: Rx, Masters 35+ (NEW!), Intermediate, and Scaled - View Standards For Each. DJ Rich Linden will be the emcee for the event with games & prizes for spectators plus local vendors to meet.

We offer Cash prizes! Cash prizes for podium placements in Rx, Masters, and Intermediate divisions. Prize packs for podium placements in Scaled.
