Bio: I have been an employee of The J since 1995. In addition to Personal Training, I teach group fitness: Mat Pilates, Les Mills BodyBalance, and Strength Development, Yoga, and Rock Steady Boxing. When I am not teaching at The J, I may be out horseback riding, with my dog, or spending time with my family.
