Paddleboard Fitness and Yoga Classes
Enjoy the outdoors and add a fun new element to your workouts on Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP) with SUP-Fit and SUP-Yoga all summer long in our outdoor pool. The focus of this program is not only to have FUN but to provide benefits to the body such as improvement in core strength, motor skills, attention, balance, and bilateral coordination.
An athletic based interval class incorporating both functional strength and cardio exercises.
A Vinyasa class where sun salutations will flow into lengthening and strengthening poses, balance postures, breathing techniques and even a little play time on the boards.

Classes take place in the outdoor pool. In the event of inclement weather, classes will take place in the indoor pool.
Monday: SUP-Yoga | 7:00-8:00 pm
Tuesday: SUP-Yoga | 8:00 -9:00 am
Wednesday: SUP-Fit | 7:00-8:00 pm
Thursday: SUP-Fit | 8:00-9:00 am
Saturday: SUP-Yoga/Fit Combo | 8:15-9:15 am
