Jumpstart your health goals! The J is offering a 6-week professional nutrition and fitness program to help you make and KEEP your healthy changes.
Participants will receive:
- Fitness evaluation + orientation
- Nutritional counseling + access to a registered dietitian
- Grocery store shopping tour
- Food + exercise guides
- Individual and small group personal training
- Goal-oriented coaching
Participants must complete the items below to Keep the Change:
- Keep the Change kick off + celebration of success event
- Pre + Post fitness evaluation
- Grocery store shopping tour (2 dates available)
- Attendance of 5 personal training sessions (1 per week)
- Attendance of 5 small group personal training sessions (1 per week)
- Check-in to The J at least 3 times per week
J Members: $199 | Non-Members: $300 *
*Participants will get $50 back once they have completed the Keep the Change program to use toward a future J product or service. Keep your healthy change! And a little change in your pocket, too.
