Jewish Curriculum

Under the guidance of our on-Staff Judaic Specialist, all children learn about age-appropriate Jewish values and traditions. Universal and Jewish values of caring and sharing are emphasized in our classrooms, fostering the self-confidence that results from a rich learning experience. The meaning behind Jewish holidays and customs are woven into our educational approach, including the celebrations of Jewish traditions, foods and stories.

Special Needs

Sasone, the Jewish community inclusion program, provides support for children identified with developmental, physical, mental or behavioral issues. More info >

A Real Community

The Child Development Center at The J is pleased to host an active group of involved parents that help guide and monitor our policies, programs and procedures. We’re happy to provide additional information about how you and your family can get involved.

We take great pride in creating and cultivating a genuine community of caring and loving parents, students, teachers and Staff working together. Unlike many of our competitors, the Child Development Center at The J isn’t a manufactured environment run out of a corporate office in another city. We’re real, and we’re here, for you and your child. Our longevity has resulted in children, parents and grandparents who have grown to know and love us, often forging relationships with students and families that last l’dor va’dor (from generation to generation).
