Welcome to The J Indoor Adult League our fast-paced adult indoor soccer program played (4v4) 3v3 plus a goalkeeper on futsal-sized goals and a indoor turf surface with a futsal ball.

Games are played in two 15-minute halves with a referee ensuring a fun and fair competition. Over 8 weeks, teams will play at least 6 games, keeping the season both exciting and flexible. Please note that this is a recreational oriented league and behavior that is determined to be too aggressive will not be tolerated

If you’re looking for a league that’s built on community, The J Indoor Adult coed Soccer is the perfect place to connect, compete, and enjoy the game.

Table Format:

Teams are awarded 3 points for a win. 1 point for a draw. 0 points for a loss. A traveling trophy will be awarded at the end of the season for the winning team.

Roster Limits:
8 players maximum per team. Team minimum of 5 players to participate.

Rules:

The League will use modified laws of the game which will be shared with participants prior to the league beginning.

Games will be played on Monday nights from 8:00 - 10:00 P.M.
