You won't find a fitness center in the city that has more for kids than The J! From swim lessons to sports classes to babysitting and birthday parties, you can do it all at The J.
Youth Sports - The J offers introductory, instructional and competitive sporting opportunities for children of all ages and abilities. Age appropriate equipment is utilized as appropriate and coaches and instructors take a child centered approach. All programs are professionally managed under the direction of The J's Sports and Recreation Program Coordinator. Program details can be found by using the links below. Youth Fitness - Whether it's our Youth Fitness Orientation, Youth Cross Training or Group and Team Training Sessions, we can help the kids get in shape.
Youth Triathlon - The Youth Triathlon at the J provides a fun and healthy opportunity to help children stay active during the summer. By combining swimming, biking and running in one event, participants benefit from well-rounded fitness workouts, enhancing their endurance and strength, while having a lot of fun!
Youth Fitness Zone & The Park - The Park is The J's babysitting room that serves children from 3 months to 5 years of age, and the Youth Fitness Zone is The J's multi-purpose work out and hang out room for children ages 6-12.
Birthday Parties - Whether you're looking for a pool party, tumbling, dance, sports or games, we provide a party coordinator to make your child's birthday perfectly memorable!
Saturday Night Out - Parents enjoy a Saturday night out while their children are having fun at The J. For children 4 years to 4th grade.
