100 Days of Summer Fitness Challenge

Join the challenge!

Join the 100 Days of Summer Fitness Challenge along with J's across North America to celebrate the JCC movement's centennial. Compete as an individual and as part of your J KC team.

The JCC Association will provide awards to the top 3 J's and the top 3 individual champions

Eligible fitness activities include:

  • Running
  • Swimming
  • Cycling
  • Walking
  • Cardio equipment (elliptical, rower, stepper, etc.)
  • Group Fitness classes
  • Personal Training
