LES MILLS SHAPES™ fuses Pilates, Barre, and Power Yoga into a low impact strength workout that sculpts and strengthens all areas of the body through small, controlled movements and repetition. During this 6 week, small group training program, you will:
- Build strength without lifting
- Get full body low-impact / high-output training
- Sculpt and strengthens all areas of the body
- Improve postural alignment and flexibility
Your instructor will ensure proper form and technique so that you maximize your results from these micro-movements.
