We strive to provide the right:

  1. Environment in which to learn
  2. Tools for rich social and pre-academic development
  3. Path for successful emotional growth

The CDC at The J provides a secure environment designed with child-appropriate equipment and décor, enabling children of all faiths and cultures to learn and grow to their full potential.

The curriculum, based on Jewish traditions and values, is designed to promote self-esteem, independence, cooperative skills and the ability to problem-solve. Children thrive in our warm, vibrant environment. In addition to our curriculum, children are encouraged to participate in age-appropriate activities like American Red Cross swimming lessons, and enrichment classes including cooking, art, science, and more!

The CDC holds accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC accreditation for young children represents the mark of raising the level of quality in early childhood education programs. Quality early childhood experiences have an enormous impact on children's lifelong learning and positively contribute to their health and development. The CDC's mark of quality benefits children with greater readiness for and success in school. The CDC not only met the NAEYC program criteria, but in many core areas, exceeded the standards with a score of over 100%.
